My whole fleet runs on battery — a commercial stand-on mower plus push mowers, a trimmer, edger, hedge trimmer, and blower. Clean battery power throughout — quiet enough it won't wake the dog or bother the neighbors, and it leaves your driveway spotless.
All-inclusive weekly price per visit — mowing, string-trimming, hard-edging, and blow-off, every time. Property modifiers are itemized in your quote.

Property over 2 acres?
Larger properties are handled on a case-by-case basis — acreage, terrain, and obstacles all factor into a fair price. Text me with your address and a photo and I'll give you a custom quote, or start a booking and I'll follow up.
Trimming, edging, and blow-off are already included. These are the only things that cost extra.

Grass taller than normal isn't a flat add-on — it's a first-visit multiplier on the base price: tall (5–8") +60%, overgrown (8–12") +125%, very overgrown (12"+) +250%. Only applies to the first cut — ongoing visits price at normal height.
Weekly is our base rate and the healthiest cadence. Less-frequent visits cost a bit more per visit (taller grass = more work); prepaying the season is the best per-visit price.
